Teeko acts like a small pup most of the time. He loves to tussle in the mud and cause small arguments that cause small fights. He enjoys splashing around in the water, fishing and being in water generally. He tries to be quite friendly at first when meeting anyone, and bonds quickly with friends. But all of that can change at the push of a button. His normally soft demeanor can disappear in a matter of seconds, his voice turning cold and threatening. The dire wolf isn't afraid to express his opinions when you upset him, and is quick to make sure you don't see him as a pup if you did offend him. Two completely different personalities, both caged into a four foot tall wolf. (More under History~)

Teeko was born into one of the few packs left of the dire wolf species. That is what he was told at least. In his small pack, he was the only pup born in 3 years. Everyone was his mentor, his caregiver, his disciplinary. Anyone who was his playmate was also the one to discipline him when he got into trouble. Everyone either treated him like he was half a year old, or like he was 6 years old. There was no in between. So his attitude can go from playful and friendly to serious and aggressive within seconds.
After a year and a half with his family, the species died out. His pack simply told him to stay at camp and disappeared in the snow, never returning from a hunt. He waited for weeks, and they never came for him, so he left in search of a new place to call home and a new pack to call family, along with some food. He loved them, all of them. Then they just abandoned him.
It took him about a month to find the pack that would make him grow up some. Soon he was fitting right in with them, making friends and already very protective over them. Slowly, the alphess and Teeko fell for each other and he replaced the ranking of alpha and ruled with his queen happily and well. His pack was kept safe and fed under his watchful gaze. The alphas had no offspring, though were together for several months before the alphess disappeared completely, leaving Teeko broken, never returning to the Fluorite Plains to her pack. Yet another abandoned Dire Wolf situation.
Not only had his family abandoned him now, but his mate? Teeko couldn't handle the feeling that he had done something to push them away, something to force them to leave. He left the pack to his betas and ran from his troubles, determined not to let anyone get close to him, but instead hide behind a playful mask that covered his personality. His true self peeks every once in awhile, his playful mask dropping to reveal his serious and collected, slightly aggressive attitude. He's quite secretive about his past, really only telling people his nickname then distracting any questions with play. It seems to work, so he sticks with it. Now he has Eveiller Pack. He's protective of them, but is trying not to grow close to anyone, failing miserably at that. He already has friends and playmates, enemies and wolves he's not fond of. [More history could be added, especially if he finds another Dire :O]
